Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this site is correct, no warranty, express or implied, is given to its accuracy and we do not accept any liability for error or omission. The links are provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them. Whilst we shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in circumstances of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of DSR.

The price includes accommodation with Thai or Full English breakfast, other food is available from the restaurant and will be charged at the advertised prices. Vegetarians are welcome, if you have any other dietary requirements you must let us know prior to arrival.
Booking Confirmation & Payment:
We will have charged your card with the full cost of the stay with us. Any extras will be charged to your account and will have to be paid upon checkout. All bookings by email are confirmed by email.
Cancellation of booking
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions. Should your travel arrangements change you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to re allocate the lodge(s). If you wish to cancel and reschedule your booking we will be pleased to accommodate this for you as long as you inform us no less than 2 weeks in advance in writing by email. We will do our utmost to ensure we can accommodate these changes otherwise there is no refund for a cancellation. If you cancel the booking no less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival we will refund the whole amount of your stay. Any bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival no refund will be provided.
The Payment for your stay will have been collected in advance. All extras accumulated during your stay are payable upon departure and should be made by either cash, credit or debit card. We do not accept American Express, Diners or JCB. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply with the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation were unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find you alternative accommodation; if we were unable to find suitable accommodation our liability would not extend beyond this point.
Sorry, we do not allow pets inside the house or on the property under any circumstances.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages. We can accommodate for young babies and by prior arrangement and free of charge, a highchair and a travel cot can be provided.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags, pay for your stay and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement. It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (an email or telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
Late arrival procedure
Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving later than 20.00pm, and inform us of your new estimated time of arrival. We do not normally accept guests after 21.00pm.
We respectfully remind guests that we require for you to vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. The room will be ready for re-occupation from 2.00pm, unless otherwise arranged. If you need to return to your room between 11.00am and 2.00pm to collect belongings please let us know.
There is No Smoking in the rooms allowed at any time.
This is a peaceful location and especially in the evenings, guests enjoy the quiet and tranquillity and as such we would kindly request that all guests do ensure that they keep noise levels to a minimum, for the comfort of everyone, so that it does not disturb other guests and residences.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. We ask that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment. This is a remote jungle like location and you should be aware that small insects/animals may be able to enter the rooms and facilities. We accept no liability or claim arising from any bites or injuries sustained during your stay. You may have booked via us other activities not operated by the resort, again we will not accept any liability or claims arising out of any injury or loss sustained by those operators.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party. Occasionally we may notify you about important changes to the site and new information or services that we think you may find valuable. Any personal information received from you will be retained by us and will not be sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed to any third party, unless such disclosure is required by law or other court order. In accordance with the local Data Protection legislation you are entitled to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
